BLYM Terms of Service - Partner & Referral Program

Effective Date: November 3st 2025

1. Eligibility

The program is open to individuals and companies who wish to refer our services to potential customers.
By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Partner Responsibilities

Partners are fully responsible for declaring any income earned through the program to the appropriate tax authorities, in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.

3. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, commission rates, payment conditions, or any other aspect of the program at any time, without prior notice.
Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Referral Management & Attribution

  • We reserve the right to remove certain referrals from a partner’s account at any time, without prior notice or justification.
  • In case of a referral conflict between multiple partners, the partner must prove that they contacted the client via email about our product before another partner or our internal team. Proof of the email exchange may be requested.
  • If a client was not submitted through the partner dashboard, the partner may contact partners@blym.co. The Blym team will review the request and decide, at its sole discretion, whether or not to attribute the referral. No guarantee is provided that the referral will be added.

5. Commission Payments

  • Commissions are paid 15 business days after the payout request, automatically via our platform Tolt.
  • In the event of a client refund, any previously paid commissions will be deducted from future payments.
  • Any fraudulent activity, manipulation attempt, or non-compliance will result in the immediate termination of the partner account and cancellation of pending commissions.

6. Termination of Partnership

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or terminate any partner from the program at our sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
Upon termination, the partner will lose access to their partner account and any pending commissions or referrals.

7. Program Termination

We may terminate the Partner & Referral Program at any time, without prior notice.
No additional commissions will be owed after the program’s end date.

8. Independent Status

Participation in the program does not create any employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between the partner and our company.
The partner acts as an independent contractor.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France.
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Versailles, France.
